Your order will be processed within 3-5 days (exception: custom sizing takes 2 weeks). It will then be posted with Correos España standard post unless a faster postal service is selected at the checkout. See the ‘Ordering’ section of the Buying Guide for more information on approximate shipping times.

You can return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange, however this does not apply to made-to-order pieces, custom sizes and earrings.
Your jewellery comes with a two year warranty as well as a complimentary repair and reconditioning service. Your warranty does not include broken gemstones from wear and tear or accidental damage.
